Josh Wright

I'm a surfer, sailor, and nature lover. For as long as I can remember I've held a vision of living of the Grid. For the last 8 years I've been working on boats saving as I go to get me closer to this dream. Between trips I would often go woofing. Through this I was introduced to Cob building and ignited a passion for natural building that I never knew I had.

I found out about Rancho Mastatal through Googles ads, the algorithm getting it right. And the more I read about it the more it felt like the place to be. Here the aim is to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to start building my own house and projects over the next few years.

I really look forward to working in a tight community of like minded people strengthening our connections to each other and with nature.
