Jorge took our first ever PDC back in 2008. Now he and his family run one of the best bean to bar chocolate business in costa rica. In 2021 they were voted in the top 3 of chocolate producers in Costa Rica. Jorge is now one of our lead instructors for both our Spanish and English PDCs.
