Description
We are currently open to bringing in short-to-medium term community members to help us with our daily tasks and projects. The focus will be in our food processing, garden and agroforestry spaces.

We are looking for hard working, self-starters with experience in living communally, or wanting to get some experience living communally.

Qualifications

• Hard working

• Ability to self-direct and self-motivate

• Interest in the culture and mission of Rancho Mastatal

• Ability to abide by all Rancho Mastatal policies

• Ability to commit to agreed upon time frame

• An interest in working with plants, ferments and food

Optional but helpful qualifications

• Spanish language abilities

Timeframe
Any time period between January 1 and July 30, 2027, with a minimum 2-week commitment.

What you Give

• 30 hours working on a wide array of projects and daily tasks.

• 2-3 clean up dish shifts each week

• 1-2 dinner put outs each week
