Cancellation Policies

Workshops and Courses

If you have to cancel your participation in one of our courses or educational programs, for any reason, your payment will be subject to the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION NOTICE GIVEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS before the start of the course

Deposit: Deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a future workshop or Ranch stay.

Remaining balance: We will provide a full refund of the remaining balance minus a $50 administration fee.

Example: You paid in total $900 (including a $350 non-refundable deposit) for one of our classes. You will be refunded $500 ($550 remaining balance minus a $50 administration fee). A total of $350 can be used towards a future course or stay at the Ranch.

CANCELLATION NOTICE GIVEN BETWEEN 14-30 DAYS of the Start of the course

Deposit: Deposit is not refundable.

Remaining balance: The remaining balance minus a $50 administration fee can be used towards a future course or stay at the Ranch.

Example: You paid in total $900 (including a $350 non-refundable deposit) for one of our classes. You lose your $350 deposit but can use $500 (balance of $550 minus a $50 administration fee) towards a future course or stay at the Ranch.

cancellation NOTICE GIVEN LESS THAN 14 DAYS before the start of the course

Deposit: Deposit is not refundable.

Remaining balance: Balance is not refundable.

Example: You paid in total $900 (including a $350 non refundable deposit) for one of our classes. You will be due no refund due to the difficulty of finding a replacement for you at this late stage.

All credits and positive balances are non-transferable and must be used with 18 months of their issue.


Accommodations

  • To receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee, guests must cancel within 48 hours of receiving their confirmation email, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

  • If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, we will keep your deposit but return any additional payments made up until that point in time.

  • If guests cancel after that, we will keep any payments made up until that time.
